Coming off the back of a record sales quarter, Mindset proudly announces the appointment of Lisa Wellington to the team as a Senior Consultant, Transformation.

Lisa is a former executive with over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of people management.  She has had the privilege of implementing major change initiatives, managing human resource functions, and facilitating a broad spectrum of management programs in organisations of all sizes.

With a degree in Communication, and qualifications in coaching, recruitment, training, facilitation and multiple psychological tools, Lisa is a gifted communicator and influencer and will be instrumental in the delivery of some exciting projects Mindset is working on.

Based in Mindset's Sydney office, Lisa will be leveraging her skills and experience to assist our clients engage their people through the process of change and business improvement.
