The CEO Institute's Andrew Dalziel, joins Mindset!

Mindset is proud to announce the appointment of former CEO Institute Chief Executive Officer Andrew Dalziel to our organisation as a Senior Associate.

Andrew brings to Mindset a life-long interest in the educative process. Following his early years in the army and as a Deputy Principal, Andrew became principal of his own training consultancy and in 1989 joined ASTA Management Consultants (now The CEO Institute).

Working with the CEO Institute’s Executive Chairman at the time, Andrew developed a meeting forum for business leaders, entitled The CEO Syndicate - the leading forum for business leaders - and chaired the first meeting with eight members in June 1992.  In 1995, Andrew became CEO of The CEO Institute overseeing its expansion to all mainland state capitals in Australia and reaching a membership of over 800 active members by June 2009 when he retired from his executive role.  

Andrew brings an enormous depth of experience to Mindset at a Senior Executive level. Having been involved in the development of all of the CEO Institute’s programs, he initiated many of the methodologies and processes which underpin the business model and the leadership forums today.
