Telecommunications Strategist Joins Mindset!

Mindset is delighted to announce the appointment of Ben Ramsden to our team as a Senior Consultant Transformation. Ben has driven large change projects in some of the most complex organisations and industries in the Australasian and European regions and the skills and experience he brings to Mindset are world class.

In the early 1990s Ben was the UK’s youngest electricity trader and went on to hold a number of pivotal commercial development roles in the newly privatised industry. Highlights included establishing a Chinese project office and managing the production of a €700m international consortium bid in two languages and 15 volumes using a team of 50 from five companies across seven countries.

From there, Ben moved into the telecommunications industry working his way up through Vodafone Group UK and then moving to Australia to spearhead the successful turnaround of Vodafone Australia in 2006, which delivered a $50m contribution improvement within nine months.

Ben will be based in Mindset’s Sydney offices and will be working with our Transformation clients to support them truly integrate the commercial and human aspects of large change initiatives.
