Mindset Welcomes Suzanne Corliss as Senior Transformation Consultant

Mindset welcomes Suzanne Corliss to our organisation this week as a Senior Transformation Consultant.

Suzanne has held Leadership and Consulting roles across a variety of industries including Management Consulting, Executive Search firms, Financial Services and the Health industry.  Over the last 12 years she has developed extensive experience working with customers across the ICT industry in Australia, South East Asia, and Europe.  

Most recently, Suzanne was Director of Information & Communication Technology for Mercuri Urval, a Global Management Consulting company focused on building organisational capability.

Suzanne’s areas of expertise include:

• Change Management
• Capability Modelling
• Assessing and Developing leadership capability
• M&A Integration – culture and capability
• Talent Management programs
• Acquisition and selection of Executive and Senior Management

Suzanne will be based in our Sydney office and will be using her considerable skills to provide Mindset’s clients with workforce strategies to build organisational capability and growth.
