Mindset welcomes new Associates

As we continue our growth and expansion, it is with much pleasure that we announce the appointment of Timothy Tucker and Bev Frowen to Mindset.

The combined knowledge and expertise of both Tim and Bev cements Mindset's position as the leading provider of solutions that drive improved performance in complex environments. 

Bev is a highly experienced people and change leader and brings a strong and comprehensive leadership capability combining business acumen with cultural insight. She is especially interested in the cultural aspects of leadership and change management to deliver organisational transformation where people are valued, empowered to achieve and developed to fulfil their potential.

Tim has invested 15 years in the study of personal growth and change. This expertise, and his passion for helping others, led him into expanding his role in consulting as a facilitator, executive coach, career counsellor and recruiter. Timothy has worked and delivered programs throughout Australasia, South Pacific and S.E Asia.

Both Timothy and Bev will be based in Mindset's Sydney office.
