Mindset is going on Safari!

Well there’s only eight weeks to go until Christmas and there’s a buzz around the offices of Mindset Group, or maybe it’s a roar...

Our values are very important to us at the Mindset Group. It forms the basis of how we interact with each other, our clients and the community at large. In summary, these values are commitment, competence, continual learning, cheerfulness and camaraderie.

So, when it came time to organise our Christmas party, we were on the lookout for an activity that exemplified the values we live and promote. And what could this activity be, I hear you ask? Mindset are going on Safari! Well, maybe not the Safari that immediately springs to mind, but Safari nonetheless. A Werribee Open Range Zoo Slumber Safari!

Directors, consultants and partners are packing their camping gear and roughing it for a night on the open plains of the Werribee Open Range Zoo. Of course, the term “roughing it” is open to interpretation and when you consider this blurb from their website...

“A fully hosted experience which includes up-close animal encounters, a sumptuous African barbecue feast and an evening of fun around the campfire. Sleep in the luxurious canvas safari tents and awake to watch the savannah come to life while enjoying a delicious cooked breakfast.”

... it is entirely possible that your interpretation is different to mine.
