Mindset at RCSA International Conference 2011

Targeting Innovation for Productivity, the 2011 Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) International Conference, is being held in Port Douglas this year and will showcase innovation as one of the key drivers of economic growth.

Mindset’s Talent Practice Leader, Aaron Dodd, has accepted an invitation to present at the conference as part of the panel discussion led by Recruiter, Ross Clennett, “Dare to be Innovative.”

The panel discussion will examine alternatives to the path of ‘lowest fee or thinnest margin wins’ and look at how SME recruitment agencies can remain profitable and viable in the long run, competing and thriving into the next decade.
