Mindset Appoints Jae Lloyd as Melbourne Consultant

Mindset is happy to announce the appointment of Jae Lloyd as Consultant to the Melbourne office. This follows a period of significant growth for the company, who have won key contracts with a number of big name clients over recent months, and recently launched their own Mindset training workshops.

Specialising in the professional executive space, Jae has solid consulting experience from his previous roles with Morgan Consulting, iE Search, Global Advantage and Adecco, where he held management and senior management positions.

As an experienced Talent Management and HR consultant, Jae has managed recruitment and HR projects that span a variety of industry sectors, including Finance, IT, Healthcare, Logistics, Sales and Marketing. His own transparent approach to talent search and selection provide a perfect complement to Mindset’s existing service offering.
