The Mindset 7 C Model of team development

 
  1. Context
    Assess the team's understanding of the current state using Mindset Check, a web-based leadership survey used to create an understanding of the Mindset of your organisation in assessing readiness for change and potential barriers.

  2. Competence
    Assesses strengths, limitations and development needs of critical executives to build team emotional intelligence and awareness. While having several accreditations, the Prevue psychometric instrument is our preferred assessment tool.

  3. Clarity
    Creating a uniform picture of what the future looks like, either from an organisational or functional perspective. Includes vision, team and individual role clarity.

  4. Commitment
    Clear action plans and accountabilities documented, stakeholder expectations articulated.

  5. Cohesion
    The individual profiles are combined to create a team profile built by Prevue styles differences methodology. The team explore similarities and differences, strengths and limitations from a team perspective examining Interpersonal style, Work style, Expressive style and Emotional style.

  6. Communication
    Formalises how the team agrees to operate, including rules of engagement, meeting structure, stakeholder expectations and communication practices/flows.     

  7. Culture
    Values and codes of behaviour for the team and the organisation are developed and agreed.
