The Mindset building blocks for individual development
Personal Awareness
The first part of the program focuses on understanding and gaining acceptance of
individual personality traits that affect behaviour in both work and life. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding and acceptance of their own personality, motivations, strengths and limitations. They will understand their preferences for how they interact, work and associate with others.
Personal Impact
The next part of the program focuses
on increasing self- responsibility and awareness of factors which create personal impact. Participants will develop skills in relevant areas of verbal and non verbal communication, which are then applied to the workplace using real life activities and exercises. This assists the participant to develop a greater understanding of their communications style and develop options for improving personal impact in all situations.
Personal Effectiveness
Personal Effectiveness is often the difference between average and high performance; between healthy and unhealthy employees. Participants will develop sustainable work habits to utilise time more effectively, have a more productive and efficient work environment and be able to cope better with work/life demands.
Leadership
The final stage of the program focuses on developing leadership potential. Utilising practical exercises and methods of effective leaders, participants
develop greater understanding of their own leadership style and their capacity to lead high performance teams in times of change to achieve organisational goals. Content of this stage of the program is tailored to managerial, leadership experience and specific challenges in the role.
