Open4Hire eRecruiting System

The objective of the Open4Hire eRecruiting System is to show all positions available in a company within a corporate website, allow applicants to apply for any of those positions online and then track all applicants through the screening process until they are hired or not. Successful applicants are then hired directly into HRA with the click of a button. Unsuccessful applicants are kept on file for future reference.

Function

Applicants can view all current Job Postings on the website with Position Descriptions and Requirements. If an Applicant wants to apply for a posting they can complete a customized application form online. The Open4Hire job application forms have 3 components:
  1. Applicant Contact Information
  2. Overall Company Questions – applied to all job postings
  3. Position Specific Questions
