While it is commonly recognised that the executive team must lead change by defining the new direction and establishing the new context for any change initiative or improvement, Change Leader Mindset requires more. To succeed Change Leaders must not lead and facilitate change on an individual case-by-case basis but instead facilitate and promote a Culture of Change; a Culture where people embrace change and improvement as “just the way we do business here”.
