Graham Maloney joins Mindset

Mindset is pleased to welcome our new Senior Associate, Graham Maloney to the team.

Graham Maloney brings to Mindset a wealth of business and management experience gained over 36 years in senior executive roles within the financial services sector.

During his varied career he has built small specialist teams to address niche sectors, managed teams of up to 1000 staff, been responsible for a number of companies¹ Human Resources function, managed globally diversified teams, and coached and mentored many individual staff members.

His roles range from Equities Analyst at Macquarie Bank, where he led a specialist team to conduct investment based research which he marketed to clients throughout the developed world, to Group Treasurer at National Australia Bank, where he held global responsibility for a range of functions including Capital, Funding, Liquidity, Taxation and Investor Relations.

Graham holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Sydney University, qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries, and has recently been admitted as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In addition to his association with Mindset, Graham is on the Board of Epilepsy Australia, Circus Oz, and Snowball Financial Group (a listed provider of financial planning and asset management services).

Graham will be operating principally from Mindset's Melbourne office.
