Mindset welcomes a new senior consultant – Brad Miller. Brad is responsible for the Talent Division at Mindset. He draws upon 18 years of technical banking recruitment experience to assist in the build of the search recruitment component of Mindset. He provides a valuable technical recruitment resource as well as a regional reach. 

With an impressive list of global experience in the banking and recruitment division, Brad is well equipped to provide customised recruitment services to companies both small and large. Brad has assisted search recruitment organisations to grow from a small business entity with one office and five employees to seven offices and over eighty employees.

Brad also has significant experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Lending, Corporate Relationship and Private Banking and Wealth Management recruitment, specialising in Senior Management and Director level roles within front and middle office.

Brad has worked throughout the UK and Asia with major multinationals including The PSD Group, KPMG, Global Sage and Harvey Nash before moving to Sydney to take up a role with Talent 2. As a result of this extensive experience Brad is an expert in growth strategies, positioning businesses internally and providing seamless professional recruitment services to all organisations.
