A dynamic, motivated strategic thinker, Lisa is a former executive with over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of people management. She has had the privilege of implementing major change initiatives, managing human resource functions, and facilitating a broad spectrum of management programs in organisations of all sizes.
With a degree in Communication, and qualifications in coaching, recruitment, training, facilitation and multiple psychological tools, Lisa is a gifted communicator and influencer. Her key strength is the ability to assist companies deal with ever-increasing complexity by seeing beyond their current circumstances to make quantum leaps in their processes and client offering – and then helping them to implement the required changes through engaging their people.
