Jae Lloyd is an experienced Talent Management and HR consultant who has managed recruitment and HR projects that span a variety of industry sectors, including Finance, IT, Healthcare, Logistics, Sales and Marketing.

Specialising in the professional executive space, Jae has gained solid consulting experience through his previous roles with Morgan Consulting, iE Search, Global Advantage and Adecco, where he held management and senior management positions.

Fostering strong relationships with key clients and candidates is an integral part of Jae’s success, and he was able to leverage this skill to great effect in his previous roles. He is noted for his ability to establish positive rapport that inspires cooperative relationships, and the level of integrity he brings to each of his projects.

Jae attended the University of Tasmania and holds a RG146 in Financial Planning and he is also a qualified personal trainer and member of Fitness Australia. In his spare time, Jae trains several high profile celebrities.

Jae will be working in our Melbourne office, applying his extensive tool kit of industry knowledge across Talent and Transformation projects alike. His own transparent approach to talent search and selection provide a perfect complement to our existing service offering, and his skills in talent mapping processes and maintaining an extensive professional network make him a key asset for Mindset.
