Graciela Szwarcberg is accomplished in Leadership, Organisational Development and Culture Change. She brings more than 15 years as a facilitator and executive coach assisting organisations and their leaders to achieve their full potential. Her insightful, passionate and influential skills are well recognised and sought to facilitate behavioural changes that achieve business outcomes.

Graciela has worked with executives, senior managers and their teams across diverse industries. Some of her previous clients include KPMG, Qantas, Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), Department of Environment and Land Management and The Australian Tax Office, just to name a few!

Graciela is highly qualified, holding a Master of Management, Post Graduate Studies in Narrative Therapy, Degree in Social Psychology (hon.), and a Degree in Communication Science (hon.) Her specific areas of business expertise include Culture Change; Communication and Stakeholder Engagement; Organisational Change; and OD/OC business partner.

Currently, Graciela is involved as a Senior Change Manager and Leadership Advisor for the Executive Leadership Team at Cumberland Courier Newspapers (News LTD) on behalf of Mindset Group. Graciela is the lead consultant for the change project, managing everything from strategy formulation to implementation and embedment. She works with the leadership team to design the strategy and roll out of the “new culture” in terms of vision, mission and behaviours; as well as providing individual and team executive coaching.

Graciela is also a lead facilitator at KPMG for their senior managers and partners of the firm and is a lecturer at the Australian Graduate School of Management (University of New South Wales) at their MBA (Executive) program in the subject of Managing People and Organisations. Graciela is fluent in Spanish.
