Ben Ramsden is a strategic change director with a rare ability to truly integrate the commercial and human aspects of change. His 20 years with large listed corporates in five countries includes rapidly growing competitive innovators and ex-government owned utilities. He particularly enjoys working with high IQ / low EQ individuals and functions to support them gain broad organisational traction; and solving internal turf-wars.
Ben led the successful turnaround of Vodafone Australia in 2006 which delivered a $50m contribution improvement within nine months. Other highlights from his decade in telecoms include commercial design of the world’s largest mobile portal, managing $200m global sales, and regularly achieving investment approval for projects worth $100ms in a highly complex multi-national organisation.
Ben is a qualified Business Coach having been trained by the University of Sydney and practised as a Partner with Shirlaws. He is a Chartered Engineer and, in addition to his Honours degree in Engineering, he holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with distinction from a top European Business School.

Prosci as a certified Change Manager. It has long been recognised that new technology alone does not change
behaviour. Prosci is a simple yet highly effective behavioural change
methodology which ensures that the people side of change is effectively managed in large projects.
