The Mindset Group was established by Don Holley and Aaron Dodd to help organisations cope and thrive through continuous change brought on by social, economic and industrial changes. Formed in 2002, The Mindset Group was previously known as Odin Consulting. In 2009, the Odin Group underwent a brand and name change as well as a restructure and since then has been known as Mindset. With the re-brand came a re-focus on core business competencies, from which the three T’s were derived – Transformation, Talent and Technology.
